Your organisational advice was invaluable and everything worked seamlessly. And the canapés ...! Absolutely delicious! And they attracted universal praise, including from some very experienced fine diners who said they were the best they'd ever had, not to mention all those with special dietary requirements. Tops for me were the rosemary and parmesan shortbreads with roasted cherry tomato and feta and the meringues, but beating the rest by a narrow margin."
